Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

At Glow Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, contact us at support@glowlab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Opened skincare products for hygiene reasons
  • Items purchased on sale
